Mr. Eric Low Siak Meng, BBM(L)
Mr. Low joined Students Care Service as a member in 1979 and was elected Chairman in 1981, a position he held till 1999. Under his strong and capable leadership, Students Care Service grew and expanded from an office-setting based in Penang Lane to operating three service centres located at Clementi, Hougang and Yishun. Mr. Low is passionate about helping children and youths in need, and has made invaluable and enormous contribution to Students Care Service. He had dedicated 20 years of his life to actively promote and serve the cause of Students Care Service. After stepping down from the helm, he continued to support Students Care Service in his capacity as Chief Advisor.
Mr. Low is presently the Adviser to Hougang Grassroots Organisations and is also the Vice-Chairman of the National Crime Prevention Council.

Mr. Goh Chee Kong
Mr. Goh was introduced to Students Care Service in 2003. He was elected to the Board the same year and has been a Board member since. Mr. Goh was appointed to chair the Yishun Centre Advisory Committee from 2005 – 2009. Mr. Goh was elected Chairman of Students Care Service in 2009. He provides invaluable guidance and leadership in matters relating to governance, strategic direction and operations.
Mr. Goh is currently the Senior Vice President, Communications and Services of SMRT Corporation Ltd. He is a member of the Programmes Advisory Committee for English Television and Radio Programming and an Accredited Member of the Institute of Public Relations of Singapore. He also serves on the boards of Beyond Social Services and St Andrew’s School.

Vice Chairman
Mr. Chee Wai Pong
Mr. Chee joined Students Care Service in 1994 and has been serving as a board member since. He was elected Vice Chairman in 2011. Students Care Service is fortunate to be able to tap on Mr. Chee's legal expertise all these years. He generously gives of his time to provide legal counsel, and guidance in governance matters and statutory requirements. Mr. Chee chaired the workgroup and played a pivotal role in the revision of the Students Care Service Constitution. He was the chairman of Yishun Centre Advisory Committee from 2000 to 2005.
As an Advocate & Solicitor, Mr. Chee runs his own law practice Chee Wai Pong & Co. He is also an appointed Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public.

Honorary Secretary
Dr Ang Seng Bin
Dr Ang joined Students Care Service in 2003 and was elected to the Board in 2007. His involvement in Students Care Service goes back to 1994 when he started volunteering at Students Care Service Yishun Centre during his undergraduate days, contributing actively to various programmes and activities. Dr Ang passion for community and social services sees him serving as a Board member and chairing the Hougang Centre Advisory Committee.
Dr Ang is presently a Head and Consultant Family Physician at KK Women's and Children's Hospital. He is currently a Board Member of the National Council of Social Service and has been an active volunteer and long-time youth leader of the Fengshan Community Centre.

Honorary Treasurer
Ms Ivy Koh Kiat Laid (Mrs. Ivy Goh)
Mrs. Ivy Goh joined SCS in 2011 and was elected Honorary Treasurer in the same year. She holds a Master of Practising Accounting from the Monash University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
She has over 15 years of finance and accounting experience is currently the Regional Finance Director of Advanex (S) Pte Ltd.

Assoc Prof Rebecca Ang Pei-Hui
Assoc Prof Rebecca Ang was elected to the Students Care Service Board in 2006. She served as Honorary Secretary from 2008 - 2012. She is also a member of the Hougang Centre Advisory Committee. She brings with her a wealth of expertise and knowledge in areas such as developmental child psychopathology, parent-child relationships, and interventions with aggressive children and adolescents.
Assoc Prof Rebecca Ang is currently with the Division of Psychology, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Nanyang Technological University. She is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist in the USA, and a Registered Psychologist in Singapore.

Mr. Albert Lim Song Khiang
Mr. Lim was elected to the SCS Board in 2012. He was appointed to serve on the Fundraising Committee and also chairs the Carnival of Drums Organising Committee. Currently, Mr Lim is a consultant in the structured trade business. He is an accomplished Bulk Supply Chain Management Specialist with over 20 years of extensive experience in the business of vegetable oils and soft commodities. He had successfully managed several bulk supply chain programmes and also structured numerous trade ventures for reputable companies during his stint with Vredelco Food Industry and Asia Pacific Bulk Terminal.
Mr. Lim has been actively volunteering his time and services for more than two decades as a tutor, mentor and fundraiser. He had also served on the Boards of several non-profit organisations including the Methodist Welfare Services and the National Council of Social Service.

Mr. Lim Tuang Liang
Mr. Lim started serving Students Care Service in 2009 as a member of the Clementi Centre Advisory Committee (CCAC) and was elected to the Board the same year. He was appointed to chair the Audit Committee in 2011. A President's Scholars and SAF Overseas Scholar, Mr. Lim joined the RSAF in July 1991. Mr. Lim received the SAF Long Service and Good Conduct Medal in 2006 for 15 years of service. He also received the Command Appointment Award in 2007.
Mr. Lim has an active interest in helping children and youths. His interest, vast experience and network of connections are immensely helpful to Students Care Service.

Mr. Sophian Abdul Rahman
Mr. Abdul Rahman started serving Students Care Service in 2009 as a member of the Yishun Centre Advisory Committee (YCAC). He was elected to the Board in 2011 and appointed to chair the Daisy Phay Foundation - SCS Scholarship Award Committee in 2012.
Mr. Abdul Rahman is currently Head, Marketing with CapitalLand Financial Ltd and had volunteering experience with the Mendaki Club.

Mr. Vidyut Gandhi
Mr. Vidyut Gandhi first volunteered at Students Care Service Yishun Centre in 2007. He joined Students Care Service in 2009 and was elected to the Board the same year. He was appointed to chair the Yishun Centre Advisory Committee (YCAC) in 2009.
Mr. Gandhi is currently a director with Link Vue Systems Pte Ltd, which deals in field bus technology and provides networking automation systems and control solutions. Mr. Gandhi is passionate about volunteering and community work. While working in England previously, he volunteered his time and services to the community there. He brings with him a wealth of experience and ideas.

Assoc Prof Vilma D'Rozario
Assoc Prof Vilma joined the Students Care Service Board in 1995 and has contributed significantly to Students Care Service as the Honorary Secretary from 2001 to 2008. She also serves on the Yishun Centre Advisory Committee and works closely with our social workers by linking them to some of the National Institute of Education (NIE) programmes, beisdes connecting NIE undergraduates to our centres for service and joint projects.
She is currently the Sub-Dean, Student Development & Liaison at NIE and is part of the Foundation Programmes Office (FPO) team which is instrumental in the planning and delivery of all Initial Teacher Preparation (ITP) programmes conducted by NIE. Assoc Prof Vilma is passionate about nature conservation and is an active member of the Singapore Nature Society.

Mr. Wan Chee Foong
Mr. Wan joined Students Care Service in 2007 and was elected as Board member the following year. He was appointed to chair the Clementi Centre Advisory Committee in 2011. He also chaired the Audit Committee from 2008 - 2011. Since coming on board, Mr. Wan has been actively contributing to Students Care Service, especially in areas of the internal controls and finance.
Mr. Wan is currently Senior Vice President of Group Business Development with PSA International Pte Ltd. Prior to this appointment, he was a Director of Investments with Temasek Holdings.
